Dependent on the customer application and the spatial requirement (clean room concept) PLÜMAT offers the optimum machine solution for aseptic filling (hygiene design, RABS/cRABS, isolator). All types of bags, including stand-up bags, can be made, filled and sealed both semi- and fully automatically. All components have a streamlined design. This enables optimised flow of the sterile air, as well as a simple cleaning and sterilisation process.
In the aseptic Form Fill Seal machine, the film, which has been sterilised in an H2O2 bath, is formed into stand-up bags in a single process line and then, dependent on application, provided with a filling and extraction connection. This has previously likewise passed through a sterilisation bath or is supplied pre-sterilised. The bag filling takes place via the spout or through the open bag seam.
