For the lower output range, the compact bottle fill and sealing machine, FVS 220 offers a space-saving solution. Thanks to its design, this rotary machine is very flexible and suitable for a wide range of production. The use of an additional vacuum stopper station makes this model also highly suited to use with oxygen-sensitive products. For example, these can be products such as fat emulsions or amino acids, which require very low residual oxygen content.

The FVS 220 is able to process a wide range of different sealing mechanisms. Both injection bottles of 20 -50 ml as well as infusion bottles of 50 – 1,000 ml can be filled and sealed. The maximum output is 1,800 bottles per hour.
