The PLÜMAT range includes semi- and fully-automatic filling and sealing machines for glass or plastic:
infusion bottles, injection bottles, canisters, vials and customised containers.
Integral CIP/SIP systems provide uncomplicated and quick cleaning. Individual equipment options such as bottle evacuation and the possibility of gas filling, checking of the residual air volume as well as the residual oxygen content are available and enable customer-specific machine design. Upgrades and expansions can also be simply implemented at a later point in time.The filling and sealing capacities extend to filling volumes of 1,000 ml.
Sealing of the bottles takes place via welding on of a cap or insertion of a stopper and pre-flanging of a corresponding aluminium cap, processing of a pilfer-proof cap, screw cap, etc.
