Linear

The PLÜMAT BFL bottle lines are based on the bag filling machines of the PLÜMAT Form Fill Seal lines for PP bags and use the long years of experience and market proven reliability in (oder for) the filling and sealing of PP bottles in the middle to high output range. The independent filling and sealing machines can process a very wide size range of PP bottles. Additionally, for the same bottle throat design, a format change does not require any mechanical conversion.

The sealing of infusion bottles generally takes place by welding on of a PP cap. These can be customised or standard commercial caps, e.g. the MFC caps made by PLÜMAT Packaging Systems GmbH. Alternatively, infusion bottles can be sealed using stoppers and pre-flanged aluminium caps.To seal irrigation solution bottles sealing stations for screw caps are available.

The filling and sealing capacities extend to filling volumes of 1,000 ml and outputs of up to 10,000 bottles per hour.

For glass bottles and vials we offer the linearly operating filling and sealing machines of the PLÜMAT LF model series for medium to high outputs. These can process a wide range of sizes. The machine capacities extend to filling volumes of 1,000 ml and outputs of up to 10,000 bottles per hour.

Additionally, servo drives mean the machines in the LF series can be flexibly and quickly matched to different formats and products to be filled as well as to a multiplicity of sealing variants.
