2 | General coordination/kick-off meeting

The aim of the kick-off-meeting is to clearly define the expectations regarding the scope of delivery and the setting of engineering objectives for the planned pharmaceutical packaging concepts. In addition, the User Requirement Specification – URS and any existing ideas and possibilities for implementation for your pharmaceutical packaging components are discussed. From this definition, a Functional Specification – FS is prepared for the envisaged solution for your synthetic components, which represents the basis for the contract. Confidentiality agreements concerning development projects are a matter of course to us.

3 | Project management

The responsible Project Manager coordinates the Project Team and the implementation of the individual work packages of your packaging system, which are coordinated to the specific engineering requirements. The detailed process is transparently presented based on a time schedule in order to structure the necessary measures. Consistent control and feedback ensure that deviations and adaptations are aligned appropriately.

4 | Design coordination/construction/precalculation

The technical challenge for individual pharmaceutical packaging systems often consists of combining an optimum selection of materials with the respective optimum design. Only in this way can both functional and business economic aspects be taken into consideration. For this purpose, we can rely on an employee team with comprehensive competences

5 | Prototype production

As soon as the materials and the design for your synthetic components have been coordinated, viewing samples can be produced which serve as a comparison to the specified objectives of your pharmaceutical packaging concept and supply a realistic impression of the end product..

6 | Sample production

Production procedures which have already been taken into consideration and planned during the design and material selection for your pharmaceutical packaging are now implemented and facilitate the production of samples of your synthetic components, which accord with the functional requirements on your pharmaceutical packaging end product. Usually, small series can already be produced using this equipment for comprehensive quality and functional inspections, or also, for example, for marketing purposes.

7 | Test phase

In order to ensure that the pharmaceutical packaging component accords with all requirements, the patterns run through a comprehensive test phase. The maintenance of relevant standards and customer-specific requirements of your packaging system are tested and documented.

8 | Optimisation processes

The results of the test phase are analysed and – if required – appropriate measures for the optimisation of the appropriate plastic or synthetic components are undertaken. Renewed tests of your pharmaceutical packaging confirm and document the success of the optimisation.

9 | Ready for series production

If all requirements on the pharmaceutical packaging concept are fulfilled, the production equipment for series production can be implemented.
We are in a position to supply the complete equipment required for the development and production of your pharmaceutical packaging from a single source. In addition, we as producers and suppliers can offer the production of the pharmaceutical packaging components developed..
By the end of the process, the collaborative development of your pharmaceutical packaging concept will have run through diverse processes and is ready to go into series production in order to conquer the market.
